Yeah, well I am sure someone somewhere else said it. But I just think we get so comfortable in our lazy, absentminded, unchallenged lives that it takes courage to turn it around and change. Or take a ste forward.
When I am facing something hard, I tell myself to be brave. I grew up in a family that was less than achievers so when I am faced with something hard I automatically want to back down.
