Friend situation
I have this friend who is divorcing her piece of crap husband and has moved back to Utah. Her job fell through, so now she's jobless and basically homeless. I've directed her to a good job website, but I feel like I should invite her to stay at my house for a few days. My parents are out of town for a few weeks so I wouldn't have to ask them, and we have a spare bedroom and bath. But for some reason I'm hesitant about this. It's the Christian thing to do, but something doesn't feel right. What should I do, if anything?

No job, divorce, no place to stay. She probably needs all the help she can get. Just be up front about what she can expect. Tell her she can stay but when the parents are back she has to leave. Then be nice and give her a ride to the homeless shelter or under the viaduct with some bums.
