WHAT?!? Another music post?
Angels & Airwaves - I always thought it would be a "De-Longe" shot to get Blink 182 on my radar screen. Wow. This album is incredible. I have always liked Tom's voice but hated what Blink did...except for Adam's Song. Anyway...this is ambient, arena rock that really jives with me. I really recommend this music for any times you want to hurdle buildings in a single bound!
Rock Kills Kid - Fell in love with "paralyzed" on the radio. The album has a surprising amount of funk on it. I really like the rhythmic ideas on Midnight. Rolling Stone acted like the fact that these guys are 80's throwbacks was a bad thing. You know me..roll up Morrissey, the Cure, Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Pet Shop Boys, New Order, Depeche Mode, INXS...and smoke it!

I never thought I would like AFI. Does anyone have some music I could...uhhhh...borrow?!? I didn't realize how Goth they were and I dig their sound and their vibe.
By the way...the new MUSE single is AWESOME!! Electronic-hating people...reevaluate your position!!!
And the Chili Peppers are a far cry from that ridiculous "Give it Away Now" crap they did. Their new album is AWESOME!! Much more mature and interesting!

Havent heard the new muse. I do have the new AFI though but I havent even listened to it yet
I am listening to Angels and Airwaves right now... I burn all the AFI for you, you burn this for me. Good deal?
As for the new Chili Peppers. Some songs are typical Peppers to me, but #2, 8, 9, & 10 I like... all in all.. I could listen to this disk.. maybe wouldnt be a favorite, but I like it better than thier others.
Ever heard the Raconteurs? I have been listening to them at work the last two days and I like them.
I listened to some of that Rock Kills Kid and it sounds completely different than thier old stuff
The new AFI really isn't good. It's gone from a really angry, dark gay guy. To being a little bit on the bi*chy side. I don't like it at all.
Never liked Muse much, so can't weigh in there.
I'll give Angels and Airwaves a go. I don't listen to the radio so I never hear this stuff.
